Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using D&C SS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use the D&C SS scanner tool for legitimate server security purposes only. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

Permitted Uses:

• Server administration and security screening
• Anti-cheat enforcement on servers you own or manage
• Protection of gaming communities from cheaters

Prohibited Uses:

• Using the scanner for malicious purposes
• Distributing or reselling access without authorization
• Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass security measures
• Sharing session PINs with unauthorized individuals

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your Discord account secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your license key with others

4. License Keys and Subscriptions

License keys are non-transferable and for single-user use only. Each license key can only be activated once by a single Discord account.

Subscription periods begin immediately upon license activation. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Scanner Usage and Sessions

Each generated session PIN is single-use and expires after one scan is completed. Session data is retained for 1 hour after scan completion, after which it is automatically deleted.

You agree to:

• Only scan systems you have permission to scan
• Use scans for legitimate security purposes only
• Not attempt to circumvent scan limitations or quotas

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Our scanner collects system information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of this information.

7. Limitation of Liability

D&C SS is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via Discord or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
